Makeup and hair trials are usually held at mine. We will then style your hair/makeup using the images of styles that inspire you for your wedding day.
One style per hair trial with alterations and one style per makeup again with any alterations needed.
HAIR AND MAKEUP TRIALS USUALLY TAKE UP TO 3.5 HOURS MAX to require the perfect look.
Please note any hair and makeup services conducted before 7am will incur an early morning fee.
I'm very happy to come out for just the bride but it would need to be hair and makeup as minimum rate.

AIRBRUSHING is not the same price so please do let me know whether you are interested in Airbrushing when booking an appointment. Only good for acne or scarred skin.

Prices vary from £250 for half day, up to £600 full day, depending on job specifics, location, hours, assistants and the number of talent getting their hair and make up done. Also whether sfx makeup is needed on the shoot and kit fee.
Please note: overtime is charged at an hourly rate for each hour or any part thereof.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Any wedding bookings whether verbal or in writing are contractually binding and my invoice acts as a contract between the bride and myself.
Cancellation of a wedding needs to be made no later than 4 months prior to the date.
Any late payments will either result in losing their deposit, or/any discounted rates or/and the initial paid deducted deposit will be charged back on the balance. Payments to be made by 5pm, the date of due payment.
Any film/TV bookings whether verbal or in writing are contractrually binding and cancellations by the client within 48 hr period are subject to full payment. Any dates changes need to be arranged prior with myself before changes are made. Payment due date will remain the same.
Travel calculated per mile on the day at 50p per mile in 2025, depending on the booking size.
Metered parking needs to be paid for by the client and if there is limited parking, reserved parking would be need to be requested at the venue before arrival.
If you are based in London then any congestion charge, toll or car parking will be added to the above fee.
For any wedding booked, with a small deposit taken the balance needs to be transferred up to 8 to 10 weeks before the wedding date.
2 person minimum booking for weddings during peak season.
Prices/Deposits may change or be lost if there are any alterations to a booking, where the booking is reduced in numbers or change of year.
Any changes or alterations after invoiced will be subject to a fee, based on all factors involved, at my discretion.
Any late payments where there is a reduced price held and the invoice isn't paid on time will result in the new current year prices to be paid.
Retention of my services after schedule is completed will incur further charges.
At least 1 weeks notice to change a trial date please, or trials need to be paid in full for the original date and then can be changed to a later date of your choice. Please make sure trials are paid for in advance.
Changes can not be made to an invoice once issued if reduction in numbers.
Please ensure your date of event is accurate and confirmed at the point of booking otherwise deposits or full payments may be lost.
Assistants are charge at an extra fee.
(Any damage to my personal property by another in a professional service needs to be paid for by either the production house or the client)
If an assistant is required on a job. They have their own policy and a surcharge will be added to the invoice.
If any event i can not make the booked date for any given reason. I will replace myself with one of my experienced assistants.
Deposits or payments are non refundable under any circumstance if the wedding is cancelled by the client or production house.
Any extra services to be carried out on the day of event need to be paid that current day.
Please be aware I may take more than 1 wedding booking a day depending on the size, time and location of your wedding.
Any increase on number of locations will incur a surcharge at cost for time, travel, packing up, unpacking and reloading.
Film/tv and theatre bookings whether verbal or in writing are contractually binding. 3 months cancellation period is required. Any cancellation after this point, payment will need to be made in full.
All photos taken are the property of fran straker.
Finally any mistreatment or inappropriate behaviour towards myself or any of my staff will not be tolerated and will be subject to immediate cancellation with no refund.
