Makeup and hair trials are usually held at mine either in kent or Suffolk.

One style per hair trial with alterations and one style per makeup again with any alterations needed. 

For hair and makeup trials, I like to have 3 hours MAX per bride. Hair or/makeup trials usually take 1.5 hrs.

AIRBRUSHING is a different rate, so please do let me know whether you are interested in Airbrushing when booking an appointment. I only recommened this for acne, uneven, scarred or deep pitted skin.

Please note: overtime is charged at an hourly rate for each hour or any part thereof.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: 
Any wedding bookings whether verbal or in writing are contractually binding and my invoice acts as a contract between the bride and myself. This is referred to as an implied contract.
Cancellation of a wedding needs to be made no later than 4 months prior to the date. 
Any late payments will either result in losing their booking fee, or/any discounted rates or/and the initial paid deducted deposit will be charged back on the balance. Payments to be made by the due date on the invoice (day before).
Any film or tv/production house bookings whether verbal or in writing are contractually binding and cancellations by the client within 48 hr period are subject to full payment. Any invoices issued to production house need to be paid in full if work is cancelled at mid point without full invoiced days fulfilled. Payment due date will remain the same.
Travel calculated per mile on the day at 50p per mile in 2026, depending on the booking size. If there are any changes to fuel prices, price per mileage will change and this needs to be covered by the company or bride.
Metered parking needs to be paid for by the client and if there is limited parking, reserved parking would need to be requested at the venue before arrival.
Any London based work - congestion charge, toll or car parking needs to be covered by the client.
For any wedding booked, with a small booking fee taken, the balance needs to be transferred up to 8 to 10 weeks before the wedding date. 
Changes made to bookings may affect balance due dates, due to extra administration time to ensure delivery of service.
Prices/booking or administration fees may be changed or charged or be lost if there are any alterations to a booking, eg where the booking is reduced in numbers or change of year.
Any changes or alterations after invoiced will be subject to a fee, based on all factors involved, at my discretion. 
At least 1 weeks notice to change a trial date please, or trials need to be paid in full for the original date and then can be changed to a later date of your choice. 
Alterations can not be made to an invoice once issued (reduction in numbers) but only at my discretion.
No refunds  are issued on hair or makeup already invoiced, booked and paid for, if the client cancels.
Please ensure your date of event is accurate and confirmed at the point of booking.
Early Morning fee charged before 7am (please see additional costs).
(Any damage to my personal property by another in a professional service needs to be paid for by either the production house or the client)
If an assistant is required on a job. There will be an extra fee applied to cover their services.
If for any unforeseen eventuality i can not make the booked date. I will replace myself with one of my experienced muas/hair stylists.
Booking fees are non refundable.
Any extra services to be carried out on the day of event need to be paid before commencing that job.
Full day exclusivity is strictly reserved for wedding Bookings with a minimum spend of £750. Bookings below this amount are subject to standard scheduling. Additional services may be booked for other brides on the same day
Various locations will be charged  a fee for time, travel, packing up, unpacking and reloading to next location.

Any mistreatment or inappropriate behaviour towards myself or any of my staff will not be tolerated and will be subject to immediate cancellation with no refund.
I shall not be liable under any circumstances in such events beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, epidemics, or government actions/lockdowns. In such events, all payments made are non-refundable and need to be covered by your insurer.
